Step into your strongest era. Meet the YVO team and co-founder, try the YVO Warrior Vest, take a sample ruck, and enjoy guided breathwork followed by a free community lunch. This event is for women only.



YVO is a women's wellness brand on a mission to make bone health sexy.  Their community consists of hundreds of women across the country who ruck (walk with weight) and build strength together weekly. YVO's Gevity Tribe meets weekly at 8am. This is your chance to meet the community behind it, including the YVO team and co-founder, and experience what it means to carry power.

The Details:

* 12:00pm – Guided breathwork session in the studio
* 12:20pm – Try on the Warrior Vest and take a sample ruck outside
* 12:40pm – Free community lunch and connection

Open primarily to Gevity members. Space is limited, so please RSVP.
