YVO x NYC Ruck (UWS)

Join us for YVO's weekly NYC, Central Park ruck (walk with weight). This group meets on the Upper West Side outside of Tavern on the Green.

 

The details:

• -Meet at 8:20am outside of Tavern on the Green
• -Step off at 8:30am for a 3-mile ruck
• -We start and end at Tavern on the Green.
• -Bring a weighted vest, walk without, or borrow one of ours (first come, first served)
• -All levels and paces welcome
