You’re invited to a 3-mile women’s ruck (walking with weight) through Miami Beach, South of Fifth.



We meet **Thursdays at 8:50am at Maman South Beach** and head out at 9:00am for movement and connection.



Bring your own vest, walk without one, or borrow from us—limited vests available on a first-come basis. All levels welcome.



Afterwards, stay to refuel with the community and enjoy a 15% off discount from Maman.
