NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! Bring yourself for a solo date or your friend group to recenter and reground together ✨

When: Saturday, November 22 at 7PM (Please arrive between 7-7:15. Yoga flow begins at 7:30!)

Where: 1901 Sabine Street, #149 Houston, Texas 77007 \*look for the neon purple "Yoga" sign

Parking: Free ample lot or street parking

7PM -- Arrive&#x20;

7-7:30PM -- Card pulling + sage clearing&#x20;

7:30PM -- Begin: Zen Vinyasa flow (All-levels)&#x20;

8:30PM -- Begin: 7-Set Crystal Bowls Sound Bath

⭐️Includes: Breath-work (Pranayama) Meditation, hands-on Aromatherapy, Smudging + Oils. Community and connection.

What to bring:
