Join us for an evening of movement, connection, and community at Ski Beach Recreational Park located near S. Ninth St. & W. Dixie Ave in Leesburg! (Use this address - Lake Harris Dr. Leesburg Fl)
This free community, we’re offering Zumba & HIIT Cardio session designed for all fitness levels. Particpants will have the opportunity to decide which session theyd like to participate in. For Vendors, we have ‘Whats the Scoop’ to assist with those icy craving on a nice summer day. After the workout, participants are invited to join a community circle discussion focused on the connection between mental and physical health, creating a safe and supportive space to share experiences, encourage wellness, and build meaningful relationships within the community.
The evening will also provide an opportunity to connect with others, socialize, and begin forming a positive local support group centered around health, motivation, and community care.
Bring your yoga mat, towel, or blanket, wear your red, white, and blue, and come ready for good vibes, movement, and connection.
