I hereby grant permission to Nathaniel Offer, Never Give Up Dreams LLC, SweatPals, Zumba, Suite 10 Venue, and affiliated partners, sponsors, collaborators, photographers, videographers, and media teams to photograph, film, and record video/audio of me during the “Zumba & Brunch” event and all related activities.

I understand that this content may be used for promotional, marketing, advertising, social media, educational, and commercial purposes, including but not limited to platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, SweatPals, Zumba-related media, websites, digital advertisements, print materials, and future event promotions.

I acknowledge and agree that all photos, videos, and recordings captured during the event become the property of Nathaniel Offer, Never Give Up Dreams LLC, and affiliated partners. I waive any rights to compensation, royalties, ownership, inspection, or approval of the final content or its use.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY RELEASE

I understand that participation in fitness activities, dancing, exercise classes, wellness activities, social events, and event-related activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, physical injury, muscle strains, sprains, dehydration, illness, heart-related incidents, equipment-related injuries, or other unforeseen injuries or damages that may occur before, during, or after participation.

I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, damages, losses, or medical conditions that may arise from my participation in this event. I certify that I am physically able and medically capable of safely participating in all activities associated with this event.

I understand and agree that Nathaniel Offer, Never Give Up Dreams LLC, Zumba, SweatPals, Suite 10 Venue, event organizers, instructors, DJs, staff members, volunteers, sponsors, collaborators, affiliates, and venue owners/operators shall NOT be held liable or responsible for any injury, illness, accident, loss, damage, theft, medical expense, disability, death, or other claim resulting from participation in the event or attendance at the venue.

I knowingly and voluntarily release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Nathaniel Offer, Never Give Up Dreams LLC, Zumba, SweatPals, Suite 10 Venue, and all affiliated parties from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, causes of action, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind arising out of or related to my participation in the event, including claims based on negligence to the fullest extent permitted by law.

This event will be professionally photographed and filmed. By attending “Zumba & Brunch,” you consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded and grant permission for your likeness, image, voice, and participation to be used across Nathaniel Offer, Never Give Up Dreams LLC, SweatPals, Zumba, Suite 10 Venue, and affiliated promotional platforms.
