Zumba Sarasota/Fit Crew SRQ

We offer Zumba daily at 10am. We also have a low impact class, Zumba Gold, most days at 11am. Group weight training offered, beginners are welcome! Dumb bells as well as barbell training with Olympic lifts, Clean and Jerk, Deadlifts and Snatch.
