Join us at The Amp Ballantyne for our newest series, FITNESS AT THE AMP, brought to you by Northwood Office. Wednesday, September 18th at 5:30 p.m., we’ve got Solid Core bringing the sweat! You can expect a mat pilates version of their in-studio full body workout. Bring a mat, sweat towel and some water and meet us on the stage at The Amp!
