Guided Breathwork • Live Immersive Sound • Botanical Ritual

Saturday, November 14 | 10:00–11:30 AM

HOUSE OF WYLD KĪ

An intimate morning of breath, sound, and gratitude.

Join Beth, founder of Breathwork By Beth and Certified Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator, alongside Heidi Wiest, founder of WYLD KĪ and Sound Healing Practitioner, for a multisensory experience where conscious breath, live sound, and botanical rituals come together.

The experience incorporates signature WYLD KĪ botanical products, thoughtfully woven throughout the journey to engage the senses and encourage a deeper connection to the present moment. Each guest will also receive a crystal stone and eye mask provided by Beth.

As Beth guides you through intentional breathwork, Heidi creates an immersive soundscape with crystal singing bowls, gong, and other instruments, allowing breath and vibration to flow together in a deeply restorative experience.

An invitation to slow down, release tension, reconnect with yourself, and make space for gratitude.

Breathe deeply. Feel fully. Return to yourself.
