Lante Community Day

Join us for a Saturday afternoon of community, care, and connection.

First Half — Community Service:
We’re partnering with Birthday Bash Box, a Houston-based nonprofit on a mission to lessen poverty’s impact through joyful, personalized birthday packages that nurture literacy and social-emotional learning in young kids. We’ll be creating birthday cards to be included in their gift-filled boxes—sharing love and intentions with children in under-resourced families.

Intermission:
A quick reset to refresh and reset.

Second Half — Mat Pilates with Lante Pilates:
A 50-minute intentional mat flow designed to strengthen, lengthen, and tone. We’ll focus on spinal alignment, posture, mindful muscle awareness, and breath-to-movement connection. This is a grounded moment to center ourselves, feel seen, and show up with more confidence and awareness in both body and mind.

This event is donation-based 💛 Your ticket is your donation, directly supporting Birthday Bash Box and helping us bring more joy to kids in the Houston community. What to bring?
Bring your mat, water, and an optional towel—mats will not be provided.

Parking & Arrival:
Street parking is available around Sesh Coworking. Please arrive about 10 minutes early to check in, park, and get settled. The activities start promptly at 1:00 PM, with Pilates beginning at 2:00 PM—your punctuality helps everything flow smoothly.
