Arrive at 8:30am to check in & grab your kayak gear + snacks! We head out at 9am on our kayak tour with a family of manatees through the hidden mangroves of Historic Virginia Key Beach. Pit stop for a mindful meditation in a serene lagoon. 

🧘‍♀️ YOGA FLOW, MEDITATION, BREATHWORK

Once we arrive to the island, we will set up for our morning of wellness! Get ready to breathe, stretch, & find your inner zen as Catherine @cathyfritos and Drew @yogagrew99 guide you through a slow flow designed to cultivate a calm body, mind + spirit. 

🌊 ISLAND BEACH PARTY

Our events go beyond wellness; they are a celebration of connection + community. Whether you’ve come solo or with friends, we've curated a social aspect that promises to create friendships. After our wellness flow, we’ll head over to the beach side Tiki Huts, where you’ll be welcomed with a refreshing coconut + enjoy catered lunch by Shahs of Kabob, snacks, live DJ, beach games led by Revive Social @revivesocial, volleyball, snorkeling && so much more!
