Join me online, for a slow flow yoga class, from the comfort of your home. Zoom yoga allows you to turn your mic and camera off or on, and move at your own pace. It’s always up to you if you’d like to have the camera on or off, and your mic on or off. 

This class is all-levels, with progressive modifications that allow you to modify each pose to suit you. We will work to find balance, ease with strength, and paring the breath with the movement to feel the benefits of yoga. 

These classes may vary, but overall have a gentle & slow feel to most of it. Take the time out for your mind & body and settle in for the evening for the chillest part of your day.
