PAINKLLR and Squatch Frontier are coming together to host SQUATCHROX — a one-day HYROX simulation designed for athletes preparing to compete at HYROX Dallas the following weekend, or anyone simply looking to push themselves in a supportive, community-driven environment.

Just like a marathon taper, the week before a race is about precision, pacing, and presence. This session is built to help you fine-tune your engine, feel your transitions, and move with clarity — not burn yourself out.

Whether you’re racing or just here to move, this event is about showing up.

What to Expect:

* A HYROX-style workout sim coached + guided by PAINKLLR & Squatch Frontier
* Supportive pacing and breakdowns that help you race smarter
* Community first: come cheer, move, or spectate — all are welcome
* Vendor activations + local partners
* Athlete goodies from sour strips, LMNT, Ketone IQ, Zbitiocs and a limited PAINKLLR patch (included with athlete registration)

**How Heat times will work:**

### **HEAT TIMES + DIVISIONS**

All athletes will be assigned to a heat time within their division.
Official heat assignments will be sent out by Friday 11/14, but below are the division blocks so you can plan your morning (Times may vary depending on resgistrations)

**DivisionTime Block**

Men’s Doubles : 8:30–9:00 AM

Mixed Teams: 9:00–9:30 AM

Female Doubles : 9:30–10:00 AM

Men’s Individual : 10:00–10:30 AM

Female Individual : 10:30–11:00 AM
