Join us at the Downing-Gross Cultural Arts Center for an immersive wellness experience designed to nourish your **mind, body, and spirit**. From movement and mindfulness to recovery, creativity, and connection, this is your opportunity to step away from the everyday and pour back into yourself.



Your day includes:

**Meditations + Journaling** — Guided meditations and intentional journal prompts that set the tone for your day and reflect on your experience.

**Pilates + Yoga** — Move through a 90-minute experience blending strength, mobility, Pilates, and yoga.

**Wellness Lunch** — Refuel with a nourishing meal while connecting with fellow wellness-minded guests.

**Recovery Lounge + Wellness Activations** — Spend time experiencing local wellness services designed to help you reset and recharge.

**Art Therapy Workshop** — Tap into your creative side through an interactive art experience focused on mindfulness and self-expression.

**Sound Bath** — Slow everything down with a deeply restorative sound experience.



Throughout the day, explore a curated collection of **local wellness vendors, health practitioners, functional beverages, recovery experiences, and lifestyle activations**.

Acknowledgement of Participation

By signing below, I acknowledge that I am choosing to participate in classes, workshops, and community events offered by Oasis Health Group LLC and any affiliated subsidiaries or subcontractors. I understand that these practices are generally safe and beneficial, and I agree to listen to my body and participate at a level that feels right for me.

Health & Responsibility

I understand that Oasis Health community programming may involve physical movement or activations and that any class may carry some risk of injury. I confirm that I am physically able to participate and will take full responsibility for my health and safety during all sessions. I understand it is my responsibility to consult a physician before beginning any physical activity.

Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

By signing this waiver, I voluntarily accept and assume full responsibility for any risk of injury, illness (including but not limited to contagious or infectious diseases), or damages that may result from my participation, whether known or unknown. In doing so, I release and discharge Oasis Health Group LLC, its employees, subcontractors, and subsidiaries from any and all claims or causes of action—past, present, or future—arising out of my participation, including those due to negligence. This includes any claims related to use of the facilities, classes held off-site, or other sponsored events.

Property & Media Consent

I give permission to Oasis Health Group LLC to use photographs or video in which I may appear for promotional purposes. If I do not consent to being photographed, I understand it is my responsibility to inform instructors before class.
