Nestled along Portugal’s **Atlantic coast**, the **Alentejo region** invites a **deeper presence**, where the sun warms your skin and time stretches between **pine forests** and **sea cliffs**. Our **private retreat center**, set on a **275-acre farm** near **Zambujeira do Mar**, is a portal for **restoration**, **inspiration**, and **soul-aligned living**.

Together, we’ll rise each morning with **grounding movement** and **guided practices**. We’ll gather for **workshops** and **ceremony**, explore **somatic embodiment** and **feminine wisdom**, and co-create moments of **laughter**, **clarity**, and **magic**. There will be time to **write**, **dance**, **rest**, and **roam** with **barefoot beach walks** and **golden light dinners**.

#### WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED

* **✈️ Flights to Portugal**
  * There are two airports that you can fly into: Lisbon International Airport LIS (suggested), or Faro International Airport FAO - *both are about a 2h drive*
* **🚗 Transportation to the retreat center**
  * There are two recommended options to arrive at at the property:
    * Rent a car *\*recommended\* (we will help with coordinating carpooling)*
    * Take a taxi/Uber from the airport (*this option can be more expensive than just renting a car for the week)*
* *🍷 Alcohol, extra excursions, massage etc.*
