Tucked away in a magical eucalyptus forest just 20 minutes from San Francisco, this immersive experience is designed to reconnect you with your deepest self. Held in a cozy yurt beside a wood-burning fireplace, you’ll be guided by Yoga Therapist and Reiki Master, Kristin Singer, through a journey of gentle movement, stillness, and inner awakening.

Through a unique blend of somatic movement, Yin Yoga, Jin Shin Jyutsu, and Yoga Nidra, Kristin will guide you into deep states of physical relaxation and inner clarity. These practices will gently open the heart, calm the nervous system, and invite profound connection to the self.

No experience is necessary—just a willingness to slow down and receive. Like a massage for your body, mind, and spirit, this experience will leave you grounded, renewed, and more connected to what matters most - you!

Meet Your Guide- Kristin Singer
Kristin has been teaching Yin/Restorative yoga since 2014. Through movement and energy work she inspires her students to access their inner landscape to discover a more profound relationship with themslves. The result of her classes are often realized in increased awareness, a calmer state of being, clarity of the mind, and an improved sense of patience.
