***Daily Fitness Programming with CC & Carolyn***
Led personally by C2 Body co-founders CC and Carolyn, who bring over 25 years of Pilates and group fitness experience, each day features two thoughtfully sequenced Pilates, Barre, or Yoga sessions designed to challenge, strengthen, and align.

Classes will be held in a dedicated yoga and movement studio within an elegantly transformed barn tucked away in the serene Scottish countryside. The space provides a warm, light-filled sanctuary for movement and mindfulness, an ideal setting to ground the body and quiet the mind amidst the beauty of the Highlands.

A group Sound Bath will also be offered on your arrival day — a modern recovery session after your travels, using sound and frequency to restore calm and enhance physical recovery.

**Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park**
Venture into Scotland’s most iconic natural landscape for two included group hikes. Our guided excursions blend outdoor movement, scenic exploration, and fresh air, surrounded by forests, peaks, and the shimmering waters of Loch Lomond.

**Stirling Discovery Day**
Discover Stirling, the historic heart of Scotland — where ancient castles, cobblestone streets, and sweeping Highland views tell the story of a nation. You’ll have the option to visit the majestic Stirling Castle, one of Scotland’s grandest fortresses, and learn about the city’s pivotal role in the country’s history. Enjoy time to explore local shops and cafés, or take in the panoramic views from the castle walls before returning to the countryside for your evening class and chef-prepared dinner.

**Edinburgh Discovery Day**
Experience Scotland’s capital through a private, expertly guided tour. Explore the Old Town’s historic streets, visit Edinburgh Castle, and enjoy leisure time to browse boutiques, discover local artistry, and savor the city’s refined dining and culture.

**Scottish Ceilidh Celebration**

A £500 deposit is required to reserve your spot on this retreat. Your trip balance is due 120 days prior to departure and will be broken into two payment installments upon registration. - 5 nights / 6 days lodging at Rachel’s Farm, including early check in the morning of the retreat start date.

## Activity Level

We rank this itinerary as **Activity Level 4 - Active,** however, modifications are available to make it **Activity Level 3 - Moderate**. Specifically, the visit to the Trossachs and the variable weather conditions may present a hike day more suitably described as Active than Moderate, and so participants may need to modify their participation accordingly. The local guides will assist in this decision leading up to the excursion.

**Activity Level 3** - Moderate: Expect slightly longer walks, and activities that correlate to a semi-active lifestyle. Participants should be comfortable with half days of touring, and walking up and down steeper inclines.

**Activity Level 4** - Active: Expect longer walks, steeper inclines, and 4 - 6 hours of sustained activities, with appropriate rests. To take advantage of all the offerings, folks should lead an active life style.

## Passport Requirements + Tourist Visa

You must have a valid passport to travel to The United Kingdom which is valid for the duration of your stay.

**All travelers from the US are required to get an Electronic Travel Authorization from the UK Government.** It can take up to 3 days to be approved, and it is valid for a period of 2 years thereafter.

**Note:** There are third party sites which will "help" you through this process for a fee, we recommend following the instructions found in the above website, including the recommendation to download the UK government App for the process.

As of the writing of this page, it costs £16 to apply via the above site or through the UK ETA app. You cannot get a refund after you apply. All you need is your passport, a credit card, and an email address.

## Refund & Cancellation Policy

All retreats include a **£500 non-refundable / non-transferable deposit**, which is required to hold your spot on the trip. 

Additional balance payments made are refundable up to 120 days prior to the retreat start date. SolSeed must receive an email at [info@solseedretreats.com](mailto:info@solseedretreats.com) requesting cancellation prior to 12:00AM on this date in order to secure a refund of additional balances paid. The initial £500 deposit remains non-refundable and non-transferable. **All balances paid are non-refundable and non-transferable within 120 days of the retreat start date**. 

SolSeed Retreats can only make an exception to these terms if:

1. The host government forbids us to visit as tourists.
2. The host government forbids our vendors from hosting us as tourists.
3. The US government forbids us to travel to the host country as tourists.

If SolSeed must further postpone or cancel the trip for any of the above reasons, all registrants will receive a refund of all deposits paid less £200.

## Required Travel Insurance

**The purchase of travel insurance is required for this trip.**

Most policies protect you against potential trip delays or cancellations due to airline issues, family emergencies, illness, injury, etc. The travel insurance will also demonstrate to the host country that you are able to pay for any emergency services which may be necessary during your stay.

SolSeed is not authorized to sell travel insurance. Any offer to purchase travel insurance that you encounter during the checkout process are third party offers. You are free to select your own policy provider.
