For the women who can handle everything… but are tired of having to.

This is a 48-hour retreat for the woman who is used to doing, planning, producing, caring for everyone else, and keeping all the plates spinning.

For one weekend, we’re practicing something different: **receiving.**

Receiving the meal someone else prepared. Receiving rest without earning it. Receiving support. Receiving friendship. Receiving pleasure. Receiving the quiet. Receiving the wisdom of your own body.

Together, we’ll explore the relationship between masculine and feminine energy and what it can look like to soften out of constant doing and create more space to receive—in our relationships, our bodies, and our lives.

We’ll move through Yin + Vinyasa, cacao, breathwork, fireside sisterhood conversations, a forest walk, 5NP ear acupuncture + sound, sauna + cold plunge, nourishing chef-prepared meals, and plenty of spacious time to rest, journal, laugh, connect, or simply do nothing.

Two nights surrounded by women, nature, good food, meaningful conversation, and opportunities to practice letting yourself be cared for.

Come with your best friend, your sister, or come alone.

**December 4–6**
**Friday 1 PM – Sunday 1 PM**

**You spend enough of your life holding everything.**
