**Retreat Support Team**

RESET is held with intention, and it takes a village. To support the flow of the weekend, we offer a small number of Retreat Support Team spots for those who feel called to help co-create the container. This is not a discounted ticket, but an exchange role for the individuals who are grounded, reliable, and excited to support behind the scenes while still participating in the experience.



**Support Team members receive:**

Full access to the 4-day RESET retreat

Camping accommodations

All meals included

Participation in workshops, circles, and gatherings when not on shift.



**In exchange, Support Team members agree to:**

Arrive early Thursday for setup

Assist with meal transitions and light cleanup

Help maintain shared spaces and fire areas

Support simple logistical transitions throughout the weekend

Stay briefly after closing for reset support

Refund policy: Due to the limited number of retreat spaces, all registrations are non-refundable. If you're unable to attend, you registration may be transferred to another person or applied as a credit toward a future RESET retreat if you notify us at least 14 days before the retreat.

Welcome to RESET Retreat at Madre Tierra Wellness Farm. By registering for and participating in this retreat, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in retreat activities—including but not limited to yoga, breathwork, meditation, hiking, sauna, cold plunge, swimming, movement practices, workshops, and other wellness activities—involves inherent risks. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, illness, or damages that may occur during my participation.

Health & Medical Responsibility

I certify that I am physically and mentally able to participate. I understand that Madre Tierra Wellness Farm and its facilitators do not provide medical advice or treatment and that I am responsible for consulting my healthcare provider regarding my participation if I have any concerns.

Breathwork Contraindications

I understand that conscious connected breathwork may not be appropriate for everyone.

I agree not to participate in breathwork without prior medical clearance if I have any of the following:

Pregnancy
Cardiovascular disease or uncontrolled high blood pressure
History of heart attack or stroke
Epilepsy or seizure disorders
Detached retina, glaucoma, or recent eye surgery
Recent surgery or serious physical injury
Severe asthma or respiratory conditions not well managed
Aneurysm
Current use of medications that significantly alter consciousness
Bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, psychosis, or another severe psychiatric condition
Any medical or psychological condition that could be worsened by intense breathing practices
If any of these apply, I agree to notify the facilitator before participating.

Sauna & Cold Plunge

I understand that use of the sauna and cold plunge is voluntary. I accept all risks associated with heat exposure, cold exposure, dizziness, dehydration, slips, falls, or other injuries and agree to participate within my own limits.

Personal Responsibility

I agree to listen to my body, participate only to the extent that feels safe, and communicate any concerns to the facilitators. I understand I may stop participating in any activity at any time.

Release of Liability

I release and hold harmless Madre Tierra Wellness Farm, its owners, employees, facilitators, volunteers, and contractors from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising from my participation, except where prohibited by law.

Photography & Media

Photos and videos may be taken during the retreat for educational and promotional purposes. By participating, I grant permission for my image to be used unless I notify the retreat organizer in writing before the retreat begins.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the limited number of retreat spaces and advance planning required, all retreat payments are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, your registration may be transferred to another participant with prior approval or applied as a credit toward a future retreat at the organizer’s discretion.

Agreement

By completing my registration, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this waiver and release of liability.


Reset Retreat

Bring your own tent and enjoy a peaceful stay on the farm while participating in all retreat activities. You'll have access to shared bathrooms, showers, and retreat amenities.

Love nature but not roughing it? Glamping offers a cozy, furnished camping experience so you can enjoy the outdoors with a little extra comfort. Includes all meals.

Stay in shared bedroom with other retreat participants. A great option for those who don't mind sharing a space while enjoying all retreat amenities and activities.

Enjoy the privacy of your own bedroom while sharing a bathroom with other retreat guests. Includes all retreat activities, meals, and amenities.

Help make the retreat possible by contributing toward the behind-the-scenes work that creates your experience. Your support helps cover setup, cleanup, and the time it takes to prepare space before and after the retreat.
