RETURN is a fall wellness retreat for anyone who needs two days where nothing is required of them. November 6–8, on a private nine-bedroom Victorian farmhouse estate in Michigan Wine Country, an hour and a half from Chicago.

Yoga. Meditation. Breathwork. Fireside conversation. Meals someone else cooks. A whole weekend where the only job you have is figuring out what you actually need.

Come alone. Come with a friend. Bring your partner. However you show up, you're part of the group from the first dinner.

No yoga or meditation experience required. Nothing here is mandatory — join what calls to you, skip what doesn't, rest when you need to. This isn't a wellness boot camp you have to perform your way through.

**THE ESTATE**

An entire Victorian farmhouse estate near Fennville, Saugatuck, and Douglas — nine bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms, multiple living spaces, a dining room built for long meals, a wraparound porch, pond views, a firepit, and an air-conditioned indoor movement space so the weekend runs smoothly no matter what November does outside. And yes—every photo shown is of the actual retreat property.



**THE WEEKEND**

**Friday —Arrive Between 4:00–7:00pm and Exhale.**
Settle in, welcome dinner, opening circle, gentle movement, and fireside connection to close out the night.

**Saturday — Reconnect and Explore** Morning meditation and yoga, breakfast, an optional nature excursion, a wellness workshop, lunch, free time (explore Saugatuck, join the wine-country excursion, or do nothing at all), dinner, evening reflection.

**Sunday — Integrate and Return** Quiet morning meditation, gentle movement, breakfast or brunch, an integration workshop, closing circle, and you head home.

Schedule may shift slightly with weather and the group — that's part of how a retreat like this stays responsive instead of rigid.

**NATURE + LAKE MICHIGAN**

An optional guided walk through Southwest Michigan's dune trails, likely at Saugatuck Dunes State Park — forested trails opening onto the lakeshore. Easy pace, not a hike you need to train for. If it's not your thing, sleep in instead.

**SATURDAY, YOUR WAY**

Join the winery excursion. Wander Saugatuck's shops and cafés. Sit at the lake. Nap. Journal. Talk to someone new. Talk to no one. There's no version of Saturday you're doing wrong.

**THE OPTIONAL WINERY EXCURSION**

A Saturday afternoon trip to a local Fennville winery with a guided tasting — alcohol-free option included, no pressure either way. Pricing and transportation shared once the group is confirmed. You do not need to drink, or go at all, to have the full RETURN experience.

**FOOD**

Friday dinner. Saturday breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Sunday breakfast or brunch. Snacks and beverages throughout. You'll fill out a pre-retreat form for dietary needs and allergies — we'll do everything reasonable to accommodate them.

Rooms are assigned in the order deposits come in — so if a specific room matters to you, that's your sign to move on it early.

**WHAT'S INCLUDED**

Two nights of accommodations, every scheduled practice, all meals and snacks at the estate, the nature excursion, retreat materials, a welcome gift, full access to the estate, and a group of people who actually want to be there.

**NOT INCLUDED**

Transportation to and from the estate, the winery excursion, anything you spend during Saturday free time, travel insurance, and food off-property.

**GETTING THERE**

No transportation included, but if there's enough interest, we'll organize group transportation from Chicago — let us know when you register if you'd want in. Coming solo? Don't let that stop you either way.

**THIS IS FOR YOU IF**

Participant Agreement, Assumption of Risk, Release of Liability and Media Consent

Retreat: RETURN: A Fall Wellness Retreat
Dates: November 6–8, 2026
Location: Private retreat property in Michigan Wine Country
Organizer: [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], doing business as Higher Vibration Living, and Giavanna Moran (“Organizer”)

Please read this agreement carefully. By signing electronically or in writing, I confirm that I understand and voluntarily agree to the following terms.

1. Voluntary Participation

I voluntarily choose to attend RETURN and participate in the retreat experience. I understand that scheduled activities may include yoga, gentle movement, meditation, breathwork, journaling, workshops, group discussions, outdoor walks or hikes, fireside gatherings, free time, meals, and optional off-property excursions.

All retreat activities are optional. I may decline, modify, stop, or leave any activity at any time. I understand that I am responsible for listening to my body, using my judgment, and choosing activities appropriate for me.

2. Health and Medical Acknowledgment

I understand that Higher Vibration Living and its representatives are not providing medical care, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, physical therapy, nutritional treatment, or emergency medical services.

I affirm that I am physically and emotionally capable of participating in the activities I choose. I agree to consult a qualified healthcare professional before attending if I have concerns about whether participation is appropriate for me.

I agree to disclose before the retreat any condition reasonably relevant to my safe participation, including pregnancy, recent surgery or injury, cardiovascular or respiratory conditions, seizures, fainting, severe allergies, mobility limitations, or other significant medical concerns. Disclosure does not transfer responsibility for managing my condition to the Organizer.

I will bring and manage my own medications, medical devices, and personal health supplies. I will immediately stop participating and notify the Organizer if I experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, faintness, unusual distress, or another concerning symptom.

3. Wellness-Practice Risks

I understand that yoga, movement, stretching, meditation, and breathwork involve inherent risks. These may include muscle soreness, strains, sprains, falls, dizziness, tingling, light-headedness, changes in breathing, fainting, aggravation of an existing condition, emotional discomfort, or other physical or emotional responses.

I accept responsibility for choosing my level of participation and requesting modifications when needed. I understand that instructors cannot continuously monitor every participant or guarantee that an activity will be safe or suitable for my individual condition.

4. Property and Overnight-Stay Risks

I understand that the retreat takes place on a residential estate and that risks may exist inside and outside the property. These may include stairs, steps, porches, railings, older architectural features, uneven flooring, wet or slippery surfaces, rugs, furniture, kitchens, fireplaces or firepits, hot surfaces, candles, outdoor terrain, fallen leaves, mud, ice, snow, darkness, changing weather, insects, wildlife, landscaping, trees, parking areas, vehicles, and proximity to a pond or other water features.

I agree to use reasonable care, follow property rules, avoid restricted areas, and promptly notify the Organizer of any condition that appears unsafe. I will not enter the pond, climb structures, operate equipment, light fires, or engage in unsafe conduct without express permission.

I knowingly accept the ordinary and inherent risks associated with staying at and moving throughout the property.

5. Outdoor and Off-Property Activities

I understand that optional outdoor activities may occur at public parks, dune trails, beaches, towns, wineries, or other independently operated locations.

Potential risks include uneven or steep trails, stairs, sand, roots, rocks, fallen branches, traffic, parking areas, cold temperatures, rain, wind, changing trail conditions, limited accessibility, insects, wildlife, water, waves, dehydration, fatigue, slips, trips, falls, separation from the group, and delayed access to medical assistance.

I am responsible for wearing appropriate clothing and footwear, bringing any needed medication or supplies, remaining aware of my surroundings, and choosing whether an activity is suitable for me. I may skip any excursion without penalty.

6. Transportation and Carpools

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, transportation to and from the retreat and transportation associated with free time or optional excursions are not included.

Any carpooling or ride-sharing arrangement is voluntary and may involve independently participating drivers. The Organizer does not guarantee or make representations regarding a driver’s license, insurance, vehicle condition, driving ability, conduct, or route.

I am responsible for arranging my arrival, departure, and any transportation I may need during the weekend. If I become ill, choose to leave early, am asked to leave, or otherwise need to return home, I am responsible for arranging and paying for my transportation and related expenses.

I accept the ordinary risks associated with transportation and release the Released Parties, defined below, from claims arising from voluntary transportation arrangements except to the extent prohibited by law.

7. Optional Winery Excursion and Alcohol

I understand that any winery excursion is optional and may be operated by an independent third party. Alcohol consumption is never required, and alcohol-free options may be available.

If I consume alcohol, I affirm that I am at least 21 years old. I accept full responsibility for deciding whether and how much to consume, monitoring my condition, avoiding interactions with medication, and ensuring that I do not drive while impaired.

The Organizer may refuse alcohol-related participation or require a participant to stop drinking if the Organizer reasonably believes that the participant presents a safety or conduct concern.

8. Dietary Needs and Food Allergies

I am responsible for accurately and completely reporting my dietary restrictions, food allergies, intolerances, and medically necessary dietary needs by the requested deadline.

I understand that the Organizer will make reasonable efforts to communicate and accommodate disclosed needs but cannot guarantee an allergen-free kitchen, prevent all cross-contact, or accommodate every request.

I am responsible for asking questions when I am uncertain about an ingredient, avoiding foods I believe may be unsafe for me, carrying prescribed emergency medication, and determining whether the available food is appropriate for my needs.

I release the Released Parties from claims arising from dietary information I failed to disclose, disclosed inaccurately, or submitted after the requested deadline, except to the extent prohibited by law.

9. Illness and Communicable Conditions

I agree not to attend, or to promptly notify the Organizer, if I develop a contagious illness or symptoms that could create a meaningful risk to other participants.

If I become ill during the retreat, I agree to follow reasonable health and safety instructions. I understand that the Organizer may ask me to remain in my room, seek medical attention, or leave the property when reasonably necessary to protect me or the group.

I am responsible for arranging and paying for medical care, medication, testing, alternative accommodations, transportation home, and other expenses resulting from illness or early departure. Unless otherwise required by law or the retreat’s written cancellation policy, leaving early does not create an automatic right to a refund.

10. Room Assignments and Shared Accommodations

I understand that room and bed categories are based on the accommodation tier I purchased. The Organizer will thoughtfully coordinate shared-room assignments and make reasonable efforts to honor roommate requests, but specific rooms, beds, views, locations, or roommate matches are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.

I agree to treat roommates, other guests, the property, and shared spaces respectfully. I will respect reasonable expectations concerning privacy, noise, cleanliness, bathroom use, personal boundaries, and rest.

The Organizer may reassign rooms when reasonably necessary because of safety, maintenance, accessibility, occupancy, interpersonal concerns, or other retreat needs. A reassignment to a reasonably comparable accommodation does not automatically create a right to a refund.

11. Personal Property and Property Damage

I am responsible for my luggage, valuables, electronics, medication, vehicle, and other personal belongings. The Organizer is not responsible for property that is lost, stolen, misplaced, left behind, or damaged, except to the extent required by law.

I accept financial responsibility for damage I cause through negligent, reckless, intentional, or prohibited conduct. I agree to promptly report damaged property, spills, hazards, or accidents.

12. Conduct, Privacy and Removal

I agree to treat all participants, staff, vendors, property representatives, and community members respectfully. Harassment, threats, violence, discriminatory conduct, unsafe behavior, unlawful drug use, unauthorized guests, substantial disruption, or serious disregard of retreat or property rules may result in removal without a refund.

Personal sharing may occur during circles, workshops, and conversations. I agree not to record or publicly identify another participant’s personal disclosures without permission. I understand that the Organizer will encourage respectful confidentiality but cannot guarantee that another participant will maintain it.

13. Emergency Medical Authorization

If I become injured, ill, or unable to make decisions during the retreat, I authorize the Organizer to contact emergency services and my emergency contact and to provide responders with relevant information I submitted.

I understand that the Organizer is not obligated or qualified to provide medical treatment. I accept financial responsibility for ambulance transportation, hospital care, medication, treatment, evacuation, or other medical expenses incurred on my behalf.

14. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in travel, overnight accommodations, wellness practices, outdoor recreation, group activities, meals, transportation, and optional excursions involves known and unknown risks that cannot be completely eliminated.

I knowingly and voluntarily assume the ordinary and inherent risks of my attendance and of every activity I choose to participate in, including risks that may result in illness, emotional distress, property damage, bodily injury, permanent disability, or death.

15. Release of Liability and Covenant Not to Sue

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and agree not to sue [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], Higher Vibration Living, Giavanna Moran, retreat instructors, employees, contractors, volunteers, assistants, photographers, vendors, property owners and managers, transportation participants, and their respective agents, representatives, successors, insurers, and affiliates (“Released Parties”) for claims arising from my participation in or presence at the retreat, including claims arising from the ordinary negligence of a Released Party.

This release includes claims connected with activities on or off the retreat property, wellness practices, premises conditions, meals, outdoor excursions, voluntary carpools, independent third-party businesses, illness, emergency response, and damage to or loss of personal property.

This agreement does not release conduct that cannot legally be released, including gross negligence, reckless misconduct, or intentional wrongdoing where applicable law prohibits such a release.

16. Responsibility for My Conduct

I agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses caused by my own negligent, reckless, intentional, unlawful, or prohibited conduct. I agree not to hold the Released Parties responsible for harm I cause to another person or to property.

17. Schedule, Weather and Third-Party Changes

I understand that the itinerary, instructors, meals, activities, excursion locations, and timing may change because of weather, safety, property conditions, vendor availability, illness, group needs, or circumstances beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control.

The Organizer may substitute, modify, relocate, postpone, or cancel an activity when reasonably necessary. I understand that the retreat’s separately published cancellation and refund policy governs refunds and credits.

18. Registration and Cancellation Policy

I acknowledge that my registration is also subject to the pricing, payment, cancellation, transfer, and refund terms presented at the time of purchase.

Except where the written policy or applicable law provides otherwise, choosing not to attend, arriving late, leaving early, becoming ill, being removed for misconduct, or deciding not to participate in particular activities does not create an automatic right to a full or partial refund.

19. Photography and Video Choice

Photography or video recording may occur during the retreat. I understand that I may decline promotional media participation without losing access to the retreat.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions you agree to the following:

 I authorize the Organizer to photograph, film, or record me and to use my image, voice, and likeness in Higher Vibration Living’s social media, website, email, advertising, and promotional materials without additional compensation. I understand that edited materials may continue to circulate after this consent is granted.

20. Personal Information

I authorize the Organizer to use the health, dietary, accessibility, emergency-contact, and roommate information I provide for retreat planning, safety, accommodation, and emergency-response purposes.

I understand that ordinary email, online forms, and event platforms may not be appropriate for highly sensitive medical information. I will provide only information reasonably necessary for safe participation and will contact the Organizer directly if confidential discussion is needed.

21. Governing Law, Severability and Entire Agreement

This agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law. This agreement, together with the registration and cancellation terms presented at purchase, contains the agreement concerning the subjects addressed here. Any modification must be made in writing.

22. Electronic Signature and Acknowledgment

I confirm that I am at least 18 years old, have read this entire agreement, understand its terms, have had the opportunity to ask questions, and sign it knowingly and voluntarily.

I understand that this agreement includes an assumption of risk and a release of legal rights. My electronic signature, typed name, checked acknowledgment, or written signature is intended to have the same effect as a handwritten signature.
