This September, Dr.Sarah will be hosting my very first wellness retreat in the beautiful coastal paradise of **Santa Marta, Colombia** a space intentionally created for rest, healing, connection, and coming back to yourself.



As healthcare providers, parents, entrepreneurs, caregivers, and busy individuals, we often spend so much time taking care of everyone else that we forget to care for ourselves. This retreat is your invitation to pause, breathe deeply, reconnect with your body, and nourish your mind and soul.

✨ **Founding Retreat Rate:** **$1,500 per person**
A **50% deposit ($750)** reserves your spot, with the remaining balance due before the retreat. Space is intentionally limited to create an intimate and personalized experience.

### Payment & Cancellation Policy

**Reservation**

* A **non-refundable 50% deposit ($750)** is required to reserve your space.
* Your reservation is confirmed once the deposit has been received.

**Final Payment**

* The remaining balance is due by **September 6, 2026** (2 weeks before the retreat).
* If the remaining balance is not received by the due date, your reservation may be canceled and your deposit forfeited.





### **<u>Cancellation Policy</u>**

* **Deposits are non-refundable.**
* If you cancel **30 or more days before the retreat**, any payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded.
* If you cancel **within 30 days of the retreat**, all payments are non-refundable due to accommodations and event expenses already incurred.

* You may transfer your reservation to another person with written approval from the retreat hosts up to **7 days before the retreat.**

### If We Cancel

If the retreat is canceled by the hosts for any reason, you will receive a **100% refund of all payments made**, or you may choose to transfer your payment to a future retreat.

### Travel



Guests are responsible for purchasing their own travel insurance. We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, delays, illness, and medical emergencies.
