Join Sunday Grounding as we embark on a Weekend getaway to embrace nature, community and wellness.

These shared space events are exclusive to Sunday Grounding members and offer opportunities to explore beautiful trails within stunning accommodations and in great company! These events are intended to be an opportunity to explore new and/or desired destinations in the comfort of a group.

6:30 Sunset Hike followed by Human Design by the fire

7AM High protein Breakfast

9AM Depart for Ricketts Glen

10AM - 2PM at Ricketts Glen State Park!&#x20;

Packed lunches... bring your lunchbag!

3:00PM Return to retreat home

5:00 PM Community Dinner&#x20;

* Sunday 8/23:&#x20;

8AM Intention Setting + Morning Meditation&#x20;

8:30 AM Light breakfast before heading home!

Each of our private homes are carefully selected, and hand picked by Whitney, our lead adventurer. If these aren't places she's personally been, she is confident these spaces meet a high standard mix of luxury, convenience, and opportunity for nature immersion.

By signing this waiver, you agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge and understand that participation in outdoor and nature-based activities, including but not limited to hiking, camping, biking, forest bathing, and somatic exercises, involves inherent risks. These may include, but are not limited to: trips, slips, falls, insect bites, weather conditions, animal encounters, dehydration, and physical exertion. I voluntarily assume all such risks, whether foreseen or unforeseen, and take full responsibility for my participation.

2. Release of Liability
In consideration of being allowed to participate in this event, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Whitney Wideman, Sunday Grounding, its officers, employees, volunteers, agents, affiliates, and event partners (collectively referred to as “the Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, for any injuries, losses, or damages (including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or death) that may arise from or in connection with my participation in the event.

3. Medical Acknowledgment
I affirm that I am physically fit and capable of participating in this event. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a medical professional prior to participating, especially if I have any pre-existing health conditions. I authorize the event organizers to seek emergency medical treatment on my behalf if necessary.

4. Photo/Video Release
I grant permission for photos and/or video taken during the event to be used for promotional purposes by Sunday Grounding, including but not limited to social media, websites, and printed materials. (If you do not consent to photos, please email Whitney@sundaygrounding.com)

5. Binding Agreement
I understand that this waiver is binding upon me, my heirs, executors, legal representatives, and assigns. If any part of this waiver is found to be invalid, the remainder will remain in full force and effect.
