This semi-private **Breath + Ice Reset** is designed to help you downshift out of stress, reconnect to your body, and leave feeling clear, grounded, and regulated.

In a small, intentionally held group (3–9 people), you’ll be guided through breathwork and cold exposure to interrupt chronic tension patterns, quiet mental noise, and restore a sense of calm focus. The experience closes with a guided integration period so the effects actually land — not just spike.
