### Your Weekend

**Friday**
Check into our luxury villa, meet everyone during Welcome Happy Hour, enjoy a private chef dinner, and end the evening with a fun margarita-making class.

**Saturday**
Start the morning with our signature Rise & Thrive workout before breakfast. Then head to the beach for a private surf lesson and group lunch. Spend the afternoon relaxing by the pool before getting ready for dinner and a night out in San Diego.

**Sunday**
Grab coffee with the group, join our optional beach run club, enjoy one last brunch together, and head home refreshed with new friends and unforgettable memories.



This retreat is designed for active, social people who love wellness, adventure, and meaningful connections. Our small group size creates an experience that feels personal, welcoming, and easy to make friends.

1. Acknowledgment of Risk

I understand that participating in the Thrive Wellness Retreat involves inherent risks that cannot be completely eliminated. These activities may include, but are not limited to:

Surfing lessons
Group fitness workouts
Running or walking on beaches and trails
Swimming
Transportation to and from activities
Dining at restaurants
Social events
Recreational activities
Travel to and from the retreat
Any optional activities I choose to participate in

I understand these activities may result in property damage, illness, injury, disability, or death.

I voluntarily choose to participate knowing these risks exist.

2. Assumption of Risk

I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in the retreat, including those resulting from:

Weather conditions
Ocean conditions
Physical exertion
Equipment use
Other participants
Third-party vendors
Transportation
My own negligence
3. Medical Fitness

I certify that:

I am physically able to participate.
I have consulted a physician if necessary.
I will immediately stop participating if I feel unsafe or ill.
I will inform Thrive of any medical conditions or allergies that may require emergency attention.
4. Medical Treatment Authorization

If I become injured or ill and emergency treatment is necessary, I authorize Thrive Wellness Retreats to obtain emergency medical care on my behalf.

I understand I am solely responsible for all medical expenses incurred.

5. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and forever discharge:

including its owners, employees, contractors, volunteers, partners, hosts, guides, instructors, sponsors, affiliates, and vendors,

from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, causes of action, costs, or expenses arising from participation in the retreat, including claims arising from negligence, except where prohibited by law.

6. Third-Party Vendors

I understand that certain activities are operated by independent businesses, including but not limited to:

Surf schools
Restaurants
Transportation providers
Fitness instructors
Activity operators

I understand these businesses are independent contractors and not employees of Thrive.

7. Personal Property

Thrive is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

Participants are responsible for securing their own valuables.

8. Alcohol

Alcohol may be available during certain social events.

I certify that:

I am at least 21 years old if consuming alcohol.
I will consume responsibly.
I accept all responsibility for my actions while under the influence of alcohol.
9. Code of Conduct

Participants agree to:

Treat everyone respectfully.
Follow instructions from hosts and activity leaders.
Respect accommodations.
Avoid illegal drug use.
Avoid violent, threatening, or harassing behavior.

Thrive reserves the right to remove any participant without refund for behavior that jeopardizes the safety or enjoyment of others.

10. Cancellation & Refund Policy

I understand that my registration is subject to Thrive's cancellation and refund policy.

If I cancel my reservation, refunds will be issued only in accordance with the published policy.

No refunds will be provided for unused portions of the retreat.

11. Photography & Media Release

I grant Thrive Wellness Social Club LLC permission to photograph, video record, and otherwise capture my likeness during the retreat.

I grant Thrive the unrestricted right to use these materials for:

Marketing
Social media
Website content
Promotional materials
Advertising

without compensation.

If I prefer not to appear in promotional content, I will notify Thrive in writing before the retreat begins.

12. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thrive Wellness Social Club LLC from any claims arising from my actions during the retreat.

13. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Severability

If any provision of this agreement is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the entire agreement between the participant and Thrive Wellness Social Club LLC regarding participation in the retreat.

Participant Acknowledgment

By signing below, I acknowledge that:

I have carefully read this agreement.
I understand its contents.
I understand I am giving up certain legal rights, including the right to sue.
I sign this agreement voluntarily.
