Are you ready for trail running season? 👟 Arsenal has partnered up with Yonder Running to get you prepped! Join us on Friday, June 5th from 5:45-7:30 PM at Arsenal Health to hit a workout to help enhance your trail running this season!  Led by Yonder founder Cody Blazek, this workout will focus on lower body strength, balance, agility and stability. Athletes will rotate through functional training stations to perform exercises that can be incorporated into their weekly workouts. There will be Yonder shirts screened onsite for all athletes to pick designs and get a fresh tee before you leave. Enjoy the Arsenal Recovery Center for your cool down in our saunas, cold plunges, red light and compression therapy services. *(Please bring a towel and appropriate attire if you wish to do so)* See you there!
