Our classic Foundational class but at night and in a studio! This class is for all ages and all abilities. Bring your kiddos or leave them at home, up to you!  We will be working through the basics of Pilates with a restorative spin on it and focusing on rebuilding our core and deep muscles. Holding poses, using props, and lengthening our limbs!  I can't wait to move with you! We will supply mats and props, all you need to do is bring yourself and some water (plus anything your littles might need). * *\*As a special needs mama, my classes and events are inclusive and non-judgmental for all families*

Join us for our monthly weekend mommy and me pilates class! All babies and kiddos welcome, all fitness abilities. We will work through a 30-45 minute pilates workout to start your morning off right and head into the weekend feeling great. This is not just a class but a community of mothers who get it, we don't judge the baby crying or the diaper needing changing or even the toddler throwing toys. \<3&#x20; We can't wait to move with you! This will be in studio and a mat is provided! all you need is yourself!
