Join the Relentless Optimism community for an hour long yoga and meditation practice in Pease Park. This offering caters to all levels of yogis and aims to build confidence and agency not only on the mat but beyond it.

Through movement that will likely be slower than what you may experience throughout the rest of the week, we will sweat, stretch, strengthen, - and most importantly - smile.

We meet by the basketball courts. Be sure to give yourself time to park and bring your own mat. Water too!
