CREEW Event Waiver & Release of Liability

By purchasing a ticket to The Social Swing: Mini Golf Social Night, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in mini golf and related activities involves certain risks, including but not limited to slips, trips, falls, or minor injuries. I accept full responsibility for my participation and voluntarily assume all risks involved.

Release of Liability

I release and hold harmless CREEW, Puttery, event staff, volunteers, and affiliated partners from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising from my participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Health & Conduct

I confirm that I am physically able to participate safely and will conduct myself responsibly. I understand that I am responsible for my own belongings and personal safety throughout the event.

Media Release

By attending, I grant CREEW permission to capture and use photographs or video from the event for community storytelling, marketing, and promotional purposes, unless I notify CREEW otherwise in writing before the event.

Binding Agreement

I understand that this waiver is binding, and that by purchasing a ticket, I am electronically signing and agreeing to these terms.
