👀 What to expect: At the beginning, we’ll do introductions for any new players! Then number off into teams of 4-5 players, or divide based on skill level. We provide lines, balls, and music! 

In the event that the volleyball courts are full, we will circle up for passing in the grassy area of Pease Park or try to set up a grass volleyball court. 

🤲 What to bring: WATER! 💦 Bring your own “sips” if you wish, though we may go grab drinks together after playing! If it’s extra sunny, bring sunscreen (for protection) and socks (for hot sand). 

🅿️ Parking: The address listed is where the sand courts should be. You can either park at the Pease Park entrance or across the street in the abandoned lot. Your choice!

🏐 Skill level: Though our group has players of varying skill levels, we recommend that true beginners take a clinic or learn the rules of volleyball before coming to a Sip ’n’ Serve session. That way, we can keep games moving and get some good play in! 🤠 

👩‍⚖️ House rules:
- Be respectful & have a good attitude, win or lose :) no jerks allowed! 
- Please only come if you rsvp’d a spot, we cap each session so our players get enough play time. 
- If you aren’t able to make it anymore, release your spot so someone on the waitlist can join! 


Sand Volleyball

Cedar Valley Middle School track gate opens at 5:30 for independent warm up. Drills then the workout starts at 6:00. Each week is a new workout with options for new to advanced runners.

Monday track night 

FrigNFit class is for all fitness levels - attendees range from first-timers, grandparents, athletes, college students, parents (kids!), young professionals, pregnant/postpartum women and everything in between! All have the common goal of working as a team, having fun, and bettering themselves through movement! Classes are 1 hour and consist of a mix of strength and cardio work. All workouts are trainer-led with a concentration on ideal form and modification through injuries.

Reinterpret happy hour by shaking off your workday stress by taking this one hour flow class with a touch of strength and stamina. 
You’ll feel more at ease and ready to move into early evening in stride!
