The Full Circle x Deep End Fitness crossover couldn’t have come at a better time! We’re excited to introduce y’all to this fascinating underwater world that is Deep End Fitness. Started in 2018 based on standards held by the US Military, the Austin instructor crew has made their splash by coaching hundreds of athletes of all water backgrounds. New to the Deep End? That’s perfect! They’ll guide you through their “crawl, walk run” approach to completing your first full distance underwater swim! So grab a buddy, hold your breath, and come explore a whole new style of hybrid training in Austin TX on October 12th from 10-12!
