Join us every Saturday for our 5AM long run! We alternate locations between The Salty Donut  ( 2000 S Congress Av) and JuiceLand (2210 S. 1st. St. ) Routes and distances may vary depending on the season and training schedule. All routes and distances are planned by an RRCA certified run coach.

Please bring a headlamp and wear reflective gear so you’re visible and safe during the run. During marathon training season, we will have one complimentary water/electrolyte stop on the route, but everyone is responsible for bringing their own hydration as well.

☀️ During the summer, long runs are up to 10 miles, and electrolyte stops will depend on volunteer availability. If you would like to volunteer, please let me know  📧riseandrunsouthaustin@gmail.com


All participants must sign the waiver once before joining a run.
