1. I understand that running and outdoor physical activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, uneven terrain, wildlife encounters, weather conditions, dehydration, and other unforeseen hazards.
2. I certify that I am physically able to participate in this activity and assume full responsibility for my own health and safety during the event.
3. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in this run/walk and release EO Run Club, its organizers, leaders, volunteers, and participants from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of injury, illness, loss, or damage that may occur during or as a result of participation.
4. I understand that I am responsible for bringing appropriate gear, hydration, nutrition, and clothing for outdoor hiking conditions.
5. In the event of an emergency, I authorize event organizers to seek medical treatment on my behalf if necessary.
By attending and participating in this event, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to this waiver and release of liability.
