Join us for a 45 minute Mommy & Me Pilates class designed for pregnant and postpartum moms and their little ones from newborns through early toddlerhood.

This is a thoughtfully led, all levels, prenatal and postpartum friendly mat Pilates class focused on rebuilding core strength, improving posture, strengthening arms and legs, and supporting the physical demands of motherhood. The environment is welcoming and flexible, allowing you to move at your own pace and meet your body exactly where it is.

Babies are always welcome. Your little one can rest on a blanket, be worn in a carrier for hands free movement, or be held, bounced, fed, or cuddled as needed. Crying, babbling, nursing, and taking breaks are not just allowed, they are expected and embraced.

No prior Pilates experience is needed and there is no pressure to be perfect. This class is about connection, progress, and community, not performance.

After class, we invite you to stay a little longer to connect with other moms and enjoy light refreshments, exclusive merch, and curated sponsored goodies because community does not end when the workout does.

1. Acknowledgment of Risks
I understand that participating in physical activity, including Pilates-based movement, stretching, strength training, and exercises that are baby-inclusive, involves inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to, muscle soreness, strain, falls, or other injuries.
I confirm that I have been cleared for physical activity by my healthcare provider (if postpartum) and that neither I nor my child has any medical condition that would prevent safe participation. I agree to stop participation immediately if I or my child experiences pain, discomfort, or distress

2. Voluntary Participation
I voluntarily choose to participate in Mommy & Me Pilates offered by Coastal Mom Movement and allow my child to be present and participate with me. I understand that I may modify movements, take breaks, or stop at any time.

3. Release of Liability
I release and hold harmless Coastal Mom Movement, its owner(s), instructors, contractors, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from participation in this class, including claims of personal injury, illness, or property damage, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

4. Parental Responsibility
I understand that:
This class is not a childcare service
I am fully responsible for supervising my child at all times
I must ensure my child’s actions do not endanger themselves or others
I agree to remove myself or my child from class if safety becomes a concern.

5. Assumption of Risk for Infant Participation
I understand that babies may be placed on mats, held, worn, or positioned near me during movement. I assume all risks associated with my child’s presence, including rolling, crawling, or unpredictable movement.

6. Photo & Video Release
I grant permission for Coastal Mom Movement to use photos or videos of me and/or my child taken during class for marketing and promotional purposes (including social media and website use).

7. Agreement
By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to this waiver and release of liability.
