Join Sunday Grounding as we visit our favorite local flower farm, **Wards Farm!** Featured in [Black Girls Gardening](https://www.instagram.com/blackgirlsgardening/), Wards Farm invites us to a PRIVATE EVENT to hike the farm, collectively meditate + set intentions, and build a flower bouquet to take home!

This is a Sunday Grounding event, where we prioritize women and people of color embracing the outdoors as a modality to growth and healing. All are welcome to join this grounding, sensory experience guaranteed to elevate vibrations and invigorate the soul.&#x20;

9:00-9:10 - Arrive, park, and grounding

9:10-9:45 - Meditative Hike of farm property (\~1 mile)

9:45-9:55 - Collective Meditation + Intention setting&#x20;

9:55-10:55 - Flower Bouquet building - enjoy frollicking the farm and building the flower bouquet of your dreams :)&#x20;

10:55-11:00 - Closing + future event annoucements&#x20;

Should there be inclement weather such as a thunderstorm or heavy rain during the event, forecasted within 24 hours of the start time, a new date can be selected for the group based on farm availability. Inclement weather does not include drizzle or light rain.
