We’re heading out for a stroller-friendly **Hot Mom Walk +** Movement through Solana Beach with fun movement stops woven in along the way. Think squats, lunges, resistance bands, and a few surprises throughout the route!



All proceeds will be donated to the Look Good Feel Better Foundation in honor of my mama and Breast Cancer Awareness Month 💗



Open to moms + expecting moms. Bring your stroller, your carrier, your mini, or just your own two feet. Come move, explore Encinitas, meet some new mom friends, and spend the morning with your Coastal Mom community! 🫶🏼

LIABILITY WAIVER, RELEASE AND MEDIA CONSENT
By signing below, I agree to the following for myself and my participating minor child(ren):
1. Participation and Assumption of Risk
I voluntarily participate in Coastal Mom Movement’s Stroller Sculpt classes, which may include stroller walking, Pilates-inspired movement, strength exercises, bodyweight exercises, babywearing, and fitness equipment.
I understand that participation involves inherent risks, including falls, injury, overexertion, uneven or slippery surfaces, weather conditions, stroller movement, and interaction with others in a public outdoor space. I accept these risks for myself and my child(ren).
2. Health and Medical Considerations
I confirm that I am physically able to participate and have received medical clearance when recommended, including during pregnancy or postpartum recovery.
I understand that instruction is not medical advice. I am responsible for modifying exercises and will stop if I experience pain, dizziness, bleeding, shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms.
3. Child Supervision
Coastal Mom Movement does not provide childcare. I am solely responsible for supervising and caring for my child(ren) throughout class, including while walking, exercising, babywearing, feeding, or using a stroller.
If I choose to babywear, I am responsible for ensuring that my carrier is appropriate, properly secured, and safely used.
4. Equipment and Personal Property
I accept responsibility for my use of strollers, carriers, resistance bands, weights, mats, and other equipment. Coastal Mom Movement are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.
5. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, I release and hold harmless Coastal Mom Movement, Cheyenne Heryford, and their respective owners, employees, instructors, representatives, and agents from claims arising from my or my child(ren)’s participation, including claims resulting from ordinary negligence.
6. Photo and Media Consent
I understand that photos and videos are regularly taken during Coastal Mom Movement classes. Because classes involve group walking, exercises, and community activities, I understand that complete exclusion from group or background footage cannot be guaranteed.
I grant Coastal Mom Movement permission to photograph and record me and my child(ren) and to use this content for social media, websites, promotional materials, and other marketing purposes without compensation. Coastal Mom Movement will make reasonable efforts not to intentionally feature a participant or child who submits a written request before class, but incidental appearance in group or background footage may still occur.
7. Acknowledgment
I confirm that I have read and understand this Agreement, understand that I am giving up certain legal rights, and sign voluntarily. This Agreement applies to all current and future Coastal Mom Movement classes unless revoked in writing.
