**Freedom in Motion** is a multi-experience wellness activation designed to celebrate Black culture, empowerment, and unity through intentional movement and shared experience. This event brings together local Black coaches, instructors, creatives, and wellness leaders to create a space rooted in strength, joy, and liberation.

Each session blends physical movement with cultural expression, music, and community — honoring the past while building momentum for the future.
