Participant Waiver & Release of Liability
By registering for and/or attending this Pilates class (virtual or in-person), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Voluntary Participation
I understand that Pilates and physical exercise involve inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, falls, loss of balance, and other injuries. I choose to participate voluntarily in both virtual and outdoor settings.

2. Health Acknowledgment
I confirm that I am physically able to participate in physical exercise. I have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation, or I have consulted my physician prior to joining.

3. Virtual Class Disclaimer
I understand that:
	•Virtual classes may involve limited ability for the instructor to correct form or prevent injury.
	•I am fully responsible for choosing a safe, clear workout area free of hazards.
	•I will modify exercises as needed and listen to my body.

4. Outdoor Class Disclaimer
I understand that outdoor classes occur in public spaces and may involve environmental factors such as uneven ground, weather, insects, and other unpredictable conditions. I accept full responsibility for my safety in these environments.

5. Assumption of Risk
I knowingly assume all risks associated with participating in virtual and/or outdoor Pilates classes and understand that injuries may occur despite reasonable care.

6. Release of Liability
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Victoria, class organizers, assistants, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of my participation in these classes, whether virtual or in-person.

7. Personal Property
I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own personal belongings, equipment, and workout environment. The instructor is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

8. Photo/Video Release (Optional)
I understand that classes may be recorded for quality or promotional purposes. By participating, I consent to the use of class footage unless I have notified the instructor otherwise.

9. Agreement
By registering or attending, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to this waiver and release of liability.
