A "night out" for those who love movement, music, and a good vibe. Think wellness meets weekend energy!&#x20;

We’ll start with a 45-minute Pilates class led by Riv, followed by pickleball, a free drink, and a social hour with access to Dink & Dine’s bar.

**LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE**

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending this event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that Pilates, pickleball, fitness activities, and related exercises involve physical movement and carry inherent risks of injury, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, falls, or other physical injuries. I voluntarily choose to participate in this event and assume full responsibility for any risk of injury, illness, or other harm that may occur.

2. Release of Liability

In consideration of my participation, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Pilates By Riv LLC, Scottsdale Pickleball Club LLC, and their owner(s), instructors, staff, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, injury, damage, or harm I may sustain while participating in or attending this event.

3. Alcohol Consumption

I understand that one complimentary alcoholic beverage ticket is included with my event ticket. All alcoholic beverages are provided solely by Dink & Dine. I acknowledge that Pilates By Riv LLC, Scottsdale Pickleball Club LLC, and their owner(s), instructors, staff, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates are not responsible for the service, quality, or effects of any alcohol consumed. I agree to drink responsibly and arrange safe transportation if consuming alcohol. I release Pilates By Riv LLC, Scottsdale Pickleball Club LLC, and their owner(s), instructors, staff, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates from any liability related to my decision to consume alcohol before, at, or after the event.

4. Age Requirement

I confirm that I am 21 years of age or older if consuming alcohol at this event.

5. Media Release

I grant permission for Pilates By Riv LLC and Scottsdale Pickleball Club LLC to use any photos or videos taken at the event for promotional purposes, without compensation to me.

6. Acknowledgment

I have read and understood this waiver. By purchasing a ticket, I agree to these terms voluntarily and fully release Pilates By Riv LLC, Scottsdale Pickleball Club LLC, and their owner(s), instructors, staff, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates from any liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Governing Law & Venue 
This waiver shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Arizona. Any legal action relating to this event shall be brought exclusively in Maricopa County, Arizona.

8. Arbitration Agreement
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this event or this waiver shall be resolved by binding arbitration before a single arbitrator, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The place of arbitration shall be Maricopa County, Arizona. Each party shall bear its own attorneys’ fees and costs. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

9. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. 

I HAVE READ THIS DOCUMENT AND UNDERSTAND IT. I FURTHER UNDERSTAND THAT BY SIGNING THIS RELEASE, I VOLUNTARILY SURRENDER CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS.
