PILATES & LATTES CLUB: Pilates en la Playa

Start your weekend with movement, mindfulness, and community! Join us for an all-levels Pilates class led by Estephania Katz, Co-Founder of the Pilates and Lattes Club, right on the sand. Breathe in the ocean air, feel the energy of the morning, and connect with like-minded women who love fitness and fun.

Location: South Beach & 1st Street – by the blue lifeguard tower
(Park free in front of Nikki Beach until 9:00 AM and walk around to the beach)

What to Bring: A mat or beach towel, water, and good vibes!

This class is weather-dependent and may be canceled in case of rain.

After Pilates we will take a walk to grab lattes, coffee or matcha to connect.

By signing up for a ticket online, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Activity Description
You voluntarily choose to participate in Pilates on the Beach, hosted by Pilates & Lattes Club, led by Steph Katz, a certified Pilates instructor, under The Pilates Girlies LLC. The class will take place outdoors on the beach in Miami Beach, Florida, and will include Pilates-based movement, stretching, and bodyweight strength exercises.

2. Assumption of Risk
You understand that participating in an outdoor fitness class involves physical activity that carries inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, slips, falls, heat exposure, and—in rare cases—serious injury or health complications. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur as a result of your participation, even if arising from the negligence of the instructor, event organizers, or affiliated parties.

3. Health & Medical Acknowledgment
You affirm that you are in good physical condition and have no medical condition that would prevent your safe participation in the class. You understand that it is your responsibility to consult with a physician prior to participating if you have any health concerns.

4. Release and Waiver of Liability
By registering, you release and discharge The Pilates Girlies LLC, Pilates & Lattes Club, Steph Katz, any affiliated instructors, volunteers, and the City of Miami Beach from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or liabilities—whether known or unknown—that may arise from your participation, including but not limited to those caused by negligence.

5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless all individuals and entities listed above from any and all liability, loss, damage, or expense (including attorney’s fees) that may result from your actions during the event or from any claim brought by a third party.

6. Emergency Medical Authorization
In the event of a medical emergency, you authorize event organizers or emergency personnel to secure medical treatment on your behalf. You understand that you are financially responsible for any care provided.

7. Governing Law and Severability
This waiver is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If any portion is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
