**🎃10am-11am:** Drink coffee, take pictures, snag some freebies, hang out & head to Kassi Beach House or Lucia for a discounted, post-workout brunch!

Please bring your own yoga mat and water. A jacket is highly recommended as it is an outdoor event.

By purchasing a ticket and/or participating in Potions & Pilates, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in physical fitness activities, including mat Pilates, involves inherent risks of injury, illness, or accident. These risks may include, but are not limited to muscle strain, dehydration, falls, or other unforeseen medical conditions. I voluntarily choose to participate in the Event and assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur.

2. Release of Liability
In consideration of being permitted to participate, I hereby release and discharge Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, JC Hospitality LLC, MGNV LLC, Pi*Lattes LLC, their affiliates, owners, officers, employees, agents, contractors, event organizers, and vendors (collectively, the “Released
Parties”) from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or actions arising out of or related to my participation in the Event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3. Medical Fitness and Emergency Care
I certify that I am physically able to participate in Pilates and know of no medical reason that would prevent me from doing so safely. I consent to receive emergency medical treatment deemed necessary during the Event and agree to be financially responsible for any related costs. The provision of my consent for emergency medical treatment does not obligate any of the Released Parties to seek or provide emergency medical treatment for/to me.

4. Personal Property
I understand that the Released Parties are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to my personal property during the Event.

5. Age Requirement
By participating, I confirm that I am at least 18 years of age or that I am accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who must sign this waiver on my behalf. Unaccompanied minors are not permitted to participate.

6. Photography/Media Release
I grant permission for the Released Parties to photograph, film, or otherwise record my participation in the Event and to use such media for promotional purposes, without
compensation.

7. Binding Effect
This Release shall be binding on me, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns. If any portion is held invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.
By attending this Event, I acknowledge that I have read and voluntarily agree to this Waiver and Release.
