**Schedule:**

**6:45am:** Arrive & check in (please arrive early so we can start the workout at 7am)

**7am-7:45am:** Pilates!

**7:45am-Whenever:** Get freebies, take pics, drink coffee, order breakfast & hang out at Lunakin Cafe!

By signing up for and participating in this Pilates class hosted by Pi·Lattes LLC, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that physical fitness activities such as Pilates carry inherent risks, including but not limited to strains, sprains, falls, or other injuries. I affirm that I am in good physical health and able to participate in this activity. I take full responsibility for my own well-being and agree to stop and seek assistance if I feel discomfort or pain during the class.

I voluntarily waive, release, and hold harmless the instructor teaching under Pi·Lattes LLC, as well as any associated venues or hosts, from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action for injuries, illnesses, damages, or losses I may experience in connection with participating in this class, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

I also acknowledge that this is a public event and that photos or videos may be taken during the class for promotional purposes. I grant permission for any such media featuring me to be used on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, or other marketing channels. If I do not wish to be photographed or recorded, I understand it is my responsibility to inform the instructor before the class begins.

By participating, I confirm that I am at least 18 years of age. If I am under 18, I understand that I must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Unaccompanied minors are not permitted to participate.
