End your day with an immersive sound bath experience, where we will begin with a brief guided meditation to help participants relax and open up to the healing experience. Primarily using crystal sound bowls, allowing resonant tones to wash over the group, creating deep vibrations that align and balance the body’s energy centers. Other complementary healing instruments will be introduced throughout the session to enhance the meditative state, adding layers of sound that promote deep relaxation. The session will close with a gradual return to stillness, leaving participants feeling restored, centered, and in a state of peaceful clarity.
