Strive Run Club Waiver and Release of Liability

1. Assumption of Risk:
I acknowledge that participating in running activities involves inherent risks of injury, illness, or death, including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, weather conditions, traffic, and road conditions. I voluntarily assume all such risks, both known and unknown.

2. Release of Liability:
In consideration for being allowed to participate in this running activity/event, I hereby release and discharge the organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and all associated persons or entities (the "Released Parties") from any and all liability for injury, death, property damage, or loss arising from my participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3. Indemnity Agreement:
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties against any claims, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from my participation in the activity, including claims brought by third parties.

I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this waiver.
