\*\*Starting April 1, 2024...anyone with a Year Pass (members or Ambassadors) who signs up for an event and either cancels within 48 hours of the event or simply no-shows will be charged the price of the event ticket...just like fitness studios do. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

THE BEAUTY BOOST BUFFALO, LLC – EVENT WAIVER, RELEASE OF LIABILITY & MEDIA CONSENT

By attending and participating in this event, I acknowledge and voluntarily agree to the following:
1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I understand that participation in The Beauty Boost Buffalo events may involve physical activities and wellness experiences including, but not limited to, fitness classes, yoga, hiking, movement, workshops, demonstrations, wellness treatments, outdoor activities, retreats, social gatherings, vendor activations, and other related experiences.  I understand that participation may involve inherent risks including, but not limited to, bodily injury, illness, exposure to communicable illness, accidents, property damage, permanent disability, or death. I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks, both known and unknown, associated with participation in this event and any related activities.  I certify that I am physically able to participate and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional.
2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue The Beauty Boost Buffalo LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, volunteers, consultants, representatives, affiliates, venues, sponsors, partners, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to any injury, illness, accident, property damage, disability, or death that may occur as a result of my participation in this event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.  This release applies to all event activities and all locations where event-related activities are conducted.
3. THIRD-PARTY VENDORS & SERVICE PROVIDERS
I understand and acknowledge that certain services, demonstrations, treatments, products, or experiences may be provided by third-party vendors, businesses, instructors, wellness providers, sponsors, or other participants.  I understand that The Beauty Boost Buffalo LLC does not control and is not responsible for the actions, omissions, negligence, advice, services, products, or conduct of any third party. Participation in any third-party service or activity is entirely voluntary and at my own risk.
4. MEDICAL RESPONSIBILITY & EMERGENCY CARE
I understand that I am solely responsible for my own health and medical conditions. I agree to discontinue participation if I experience discomfort, pain, dizziness, illness, or injury.  In the event of an emergency, I authorize The Beauty Boost Buffalo LLC and its representatives to obtain emergency medical treatment on my behalf if deemed necessary. I understand that I am solely responsible for any medical expenses incurred.
5. PERSONAL PROPERTY
I understand and agree that The Beauty Boost Buffalo LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings or property during the event.
6. MEDIA RELEASE
I grant permission to The Beauty Boost Buffalo LLC and its representatives to photograph, film, record, or otherwise capture my likeness, image, voice, or appearance during the event.  I authorize The Beauty Boost Buffalo LLC to use these materials for marketing, promotional, advertising, social media, website, and commercial purposes without compensation or additional approval.
7. NON-REFUNDABLE TICKET POLICY
I understand and agree that all ticket sales, registrations, and event purchases are final and non-refundable for any reason, including but not limited to illness, weather, travel issues, scheduling conflicts, personal emergencies, dissatisfaction, or failure to attend.
8. VOLUNTARY AGREEMENT
I acknowledge that I have carefully read and fully understand this waiver, release of liability, and assumption of risk agreement. I understand that by attending and participating in this event, I am voluntarily giving up substantial legal rights, including the right to sue.  I acknowledge that no oral statements or representations have been made to alter the terms of this agreement, and I voluntarily agree to these terms of my own free will.
