Join FULLCIRCLE for our first run club of 2025 in partnership with BFT South Congress 🎉

All fitness levels are welcome! We’ll have multiple run pacing groups for a 5K, as well as a 1.5 mile walking group.

We are partnering with *Health by Galit* @healthbygalit who will lead a core conditioning warm up before the run, followed by a poolside stretch session cool down after! 💪

We are also partnering with *Body Fit Training South Congress*, Austin's premiere Group Strength Training studio. With progressive strength training cycles, 13 Class Types, State of the art technology, and an empowering community, BFT South Congress has everything you need to accomplish your fitness goals in 2025.🏋️
