Full Moon Flow: Yoga Under the Stars

A magical evening of movement and connection under the light of the full moon.  All-levels yoga class designed to ground your body, calm your mind, and awaken your spirit. We'll flow through a gentle moon-inspired sequence that includes breathwork, mindful stretching, and deep relaxation.

FIND US:  address is to the sidewalk on the street. taking the center sidewalk splitting the two grass areas by the trees to the statue by the lake, on the right side of the grass.
