Restore your mind, body and spirit with the power of gong sound therapy in our private studio room. You will be cocooned in the vibrations of gongs, clearing your mind & restoring your nervous system. Sessions can be tailored to a particular theme to maximize benefit.

10am - weights and cardio circuit training (20 spots)
