Join us for a Donation based Hot HIIT Flow Class at our brand-new studio location!
We will hold these classes every Wednesday at 5:30pm, pre-registration is required. T﻿o ensure you get a spot in class, please complete the following.

Studio Policies:
Waiver: make sure to sign your waiver before coming into the studio, this will save time and get you into class!
Location + Parking: We are located at 507 Pressler Street, Suite #100. A parking garage is behind our building and free to the public for 3 hours.
Arrival Time: Please make sure to arrive on time, we, unfortunately, cannot let you in once the class has started.
