Join us for a fun-filled day of MAT PILATES followed by PUPPY PLAYTIME!

🐶 Come together to celebrate fitness, wellness, and community! 
🐶 70% of proceeds and all supply donations will go to “Heart of the Underdog” foster shelter! 

Event Schedule:
* 10 AM - 11 AM: Mat Pilates Session
* 11 AM - 12 PM: Puppy Playtime!

What to Bring:
* 🧘‍♀️ Mat, water, and towel
    * 🐕 Optional: Yoga block, ankle or wrist weights, or booty band
* 🐩 Donations: Monetary contributions or pet supplies
