Waiver and Release of Liability for Cold Plunge Event

By participating in this Cold Plunge Event (“Event”), I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Assumption of Risk
I understand that participating in a cold plunge can involve various physical risks, including but not limited to: increased heart rate, dizziness, hyperventilation, muscle spasms, hypothermia, or other physical or emotional discomfort. I certify that I am in good physical and mental health to participate in this Event, and I voluntarily choose to assume all risks associated with this activity, whether known or unknown.

Medical Conditions
I confirm that I do not have any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries that may be aggravated by exposure to cold water, including but not limited to heart conditions, respiratory issues, or circulatory disorders. I agree to disclose any such conditions to the event organizers prior to participating.

Release of Liability
I hereby release, waive, and discharge the event organizers, sponsors, hosts, volunteers, and any affiliated entities (“Released Parties”) from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of or in connection with my participation in the Event, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, or death, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.

Indemnification
I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, damages, expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees), and liabilities that arise from my participation in the Event.

Consent to Medical Treatment
I authorize the Event staff to obtain or provide medical treatment, including but not limited to emergency medical care or transportation to a medical facility, in the event of an injury, accident, or illness during the Event. I acknowledge that I will be financially responsible for any such medical care.

Photographic Release
I understand that photographs or video may be taken during the Event and grant permission for my image to be used in promotional materials or social media without compensation.

Acknowledgement of Understanding
I have read this waiver and fully understand its terms. I acknowledge that by signing below, I am giving up substantial rights, including the right to sue the Released Parties. I sign this waiver freely and voluntarily, without any inducement or coercion.
